Billing and Collections Specialist

The Billing and Collections Specialist supports Kaltura's billing and collections activities by preparing and delivering accurate customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and resolving billing and payment issues. This role collaborates closely with customers and internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Accounting to ensure efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of activity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
