Billing and Collections Specialist

The Billing and Collections Specialist supports accurate and timely financial operations for the Charter department at Million Air Dallas. This role involves reconciling expenses, preparing charter invoices and monthly aircraft owner statements, and following up on past-due receivables. The position also supports month-end close and assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
