Billing and Collections

The role is responsible for billing and collection activities within the Physician Enterprise Centralized Billing Office, including charge entry, payment posting, account follow‑up, reconciliation, and coordination of payment plans and financial assistance. The position also handles investigation of credit and unapplied payments, refunds, and cash management duties while working flexible 8‑hour days, Monday through Friday.
