Billing Associate

This role is responsible for reconciling daily billing transactions, resolving billing issues, and handling collections while delivering exceptional customer service to agents and insureds. The position involves answering inquiries related to agency and direct-billed items, analyzing transactional errors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing processes. It is a long-term temporary hybrid position requiring 2-3 days of in-office work per week.
