Billing Associate

The Billing Associate supports the billing process by preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate invoices to customers while ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies. This role provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and collaborates with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address billing issues. The position also involves maintaining organized records, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and supporting billing automation initiatives.
