Billing Coordinator - BAP

The Billing Coordinator ensures accurate and timely processing of customer invoices while supporting the organization's revenue cycle and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role acts as a critical link between customers and internal departments by verifying billing information, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring invoices align with company policies. Key duties include obtaining shipping paperwork, maintaining billing records in a Document Management System, verifying sell prices, and coordinating with the Inventory Team to correct lot discrepancies.
