Billing Coordinator

The Firm Billing Coordinator supports the billing function on a firm-wide basis, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client bills and managing client inventories for assigned partners. This role oversees matter setup, rates, billing requirements, and eBilling compliance while monitoring unbilled and accounts receivable balances. The position involves coordinating billing activities, following up on payment status, and proactively contacting new clients to manage billing setup requirements.
