Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely billing for assigned North America capital and clinical services accounts, focusing on capital down payments, periodic billing, and CTSI and AOS invoicing. The role involves reviewing billing requirements, resolving invoice exceptions with business partners, and maintaining clear billing records to support customer invoicing and period-end activities. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with customer agreements and company procedures.
