Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator supports the firm-wide billing function by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client bills and managing client inventories for assigned partners. The role oversees matter setup, rates, billing requirements, and eBilling compliance while monitoring unbilled and accounts receivable balances. Regular duties include prebill review, coordinating billing activities, and following up with clients on payment status and eBilling matters.
