Billing Exception Analyst

This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving customer billing exceptions in a timely and accurate manner. The position involves retrieving and analyzing customer account information and meter data to produce accurate billing and resolve issues. Additional duties include interfacing with various departments to complete special billing requests, manual billing, estimated billing, billing adjustments, revenue projection, and monthly billing audits.
