Billing Executive

The Billing Executive supports day-to-day billing operations at Singtel KL's new Shared Services Centre, ensuring accurate and timely bill processing, invoice dispatch, and resolution of billing-related issues. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, IT, and digital teams to enhance billing efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive continuous process improvements. The position focuses on maintaining data integrity, managing billing requests, and supporting system enhancements through user acceptance testing.
