Responsibilities

• Lead and manage billing, AR, and collections teams across multiple locations
• Oversee full revenue cycle operations including charge capture, coding, claims submission and denials management
• Manage drug accounts receivable and retina injectable inventory reconciliation
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports for leadership decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and Medicare billing guidelines
