Billing Manager

The Billing Manager oversees and coordinates all functions of the medical, dental, and behavioral health billing and revenue cycle for all Generations Family Health Center sites. This role manages data entry, collections, insurance contract adherence, patient billing, compliance, and accounts receivable follow-up while promoting exceptional customer service. The position acts as a liaison between departments to identify trends, support process improvements, and ensure timely reimbursement and revenue-cycle performance.
