About this role

The Billing Specialist at Cutler Advisors in Tucson, AZ is responsible for managing client invoicing, applying payments, and monitoring accounts receivable in a high-volume, fast-paced professional services environment. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in billing and collections, proficiency with CCH ProSystem Practice Management, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely billing operations. Key tasks include reconciliation of billing and cash receipts, generating reports, assisting with collections, and responding to client inquiries. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, with no hybrid or remote work options.
