Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing client invoices, including mailing or e‑billing, and providing customer service to internal and external clients. Reporting to the Billing Manager/Supervisor, the role involves handling invoice edits, discounts, trust fund applications, and supporting general administrative tasks such as reviewing attorney hold accounts and processing check requests.
