Billing Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the billing function for assigned Owner accounts, including the creation of complex multi-currency invoices and ensuring timely, accurate billing. The position requires acting as the primary point of contact for Owners, resolving queries within strict deadlines, and building strong client relationships to facilitate exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal departments such as Sales and Contracts to resolve billing issues and support the sales process.
