Billing Specialist

This role is responsible for preparing accurate customer invoices, entering billing transactions in Viewpoint Vista, and managing the billing process from work order review to submission. The position involves monitoring invoice status, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with project managers and finance teams to ensure timely payments and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in construction or project-based billing.
