Billing Specialist

This role is responsible for compiling and executing billings in accordance with firm policies, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining accurate client records. The position involves preparing bank deposits, reconciling payments, and creating monthly reports while addressing billing inquiries from internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will manage complex billing tasks and support the Billing Supervisor with special projects.
