Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist ensures accurate and timely preparation of client bills for assigned clients and matters while supporting partners with managing client inventories. This role involves reviewing matter setups, time and cost entries, and eBilling submissions to maintain compliance with rate agreements and outside counsel guidelines. The position requires close collaboration with partners and supervisors to resolve billing issues, manage receivables, and distribute monthly proformas.
