Billing Specialist

This role is responsible for the timely and accurate billing of customer invoices and ensuring daily inventory accuracy across all trucks and trailers. The position involves maintaining organized records, processing third-party billing, and reconciling fuel inventory data with sales orders and documentation. The specialist also assists with month-end closing and responds to internal and external communication requests.
