Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist plays an essential role in the Finance organization, primarily responsible for accurately and timely billing new contracts, renewals, and amendments. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Renewals, and Finance teams to ensure a timely month-end close and resolve billing inquiries. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality service for internal and external stakeholders while supporting efficient operating models in GovTech.
