Billing Supervisor

The Billing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day billing function for a well-established law firm, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with client requirements. This role involves leading a team of approximately 12 Billing Specialists, managing e-billing operations, and partnering with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. The position reports to the Controller and provides leadership to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines.
