Pandya Medical Center
The Billing Support Associate supports assigned medical office locations for a Primary Care practice by managing medical records requests, verifying insurance eligibility, processing referrals, and assisting with patient billing issues. This role ensures patient information is accurate, compliant with HIPAA, and updated prior to appointments to support smooth clinical and billing operations. This position is located onsite, Monday-Friday at our Medical Business Office and is a non-patient facing role.

They provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care for the whole family, including chronic disease management, women's health, nutrition counseling, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV infusions, and in-office diagnostics such as ultrasounds and EKGs.
