BIM Coordinator

This role involves interpreting construction methodologies and project programs to create cmBuilder simulations and Construction BIM models for tender and construction phases. The position requires developing and maintaining BIM models, performing clash detection reviews, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in BIM implementation on commercial vertical construction projects and proficiency in BIM software and Microsoft 365.
