BIM Modeler – Multifamily & Structural Construction

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support BIM coordination and modeling for multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects, with a focus on concrete and structural steel construction. This hands-on role involves coordinating third-party Revit models, identifying clashes, and developing concrete erection models to improve constructability and reduce field conflicts. The position requires strong Revit skills combined with practical construction knowledge to support project delivery.
