BIM Modeler – Multifamily & Structural Construction

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support BIM coordination and modeling throughout the design and construction of multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects, with a significant focus on concrete and structural steel construction. This hands-on position involves coordinating and maintaining Revit models, identifying clashes and constructability issues, and supporting the development of concrete erection and construction models for project teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Revit/BIM technical skills with practical construction knowledge to improve constructability and reduce field conflicts.
