Bindery Operator

The Bindery Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of bindery equipment, including the Polar Cutter and MBO Folder, to ensure finished materials meet production quality and schedule standards. This role involves troubleshooting complex projects, interpreting job specifications, and coaching team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires maintaining a safe work environment and supporting department flexibility through the operation of additional machinery as needed.
