About this role

This role provides bioanalytical support for PK, PK/PD, TK, and TGI experiments across multiple drug discovery programs. The successful candidate will utilize strong knowledge of LC-MS/MS bioanalysis to quantitate small molecule drugs in biological matrices, primarily plasma. The position involves independent method development, routine bioanalysis, and communication of high-quality data, along with maintenance and troubleshooting of LC-MS/MS instrumentation.

Responsibilities

Develop LC-MS/MS methods to quantitate small molecules in biological matrices
Maintain troubleshoot and repair LC-MS/MS instrumentation and software
Support technical writing efforts and data QC for preclinical ADME IND efforts
