Bioinformatics/Computational Biology Intern

An internship in bioinformatics and computational biology at Neurocrine Biosciences offering hands-on experience applying computational methods, statistical, machine learning and AI tools to genetic, genomic, multi-omic and proteomic data to support drug discovery and early clinical development. Interns collaborate with Data Science, Biology and Neuroimmunology groups to design and run computational pipelines, perform data processing, basic modeling and visualization, and present a capstone project to senior management. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program based on-site in San Diego, CA.
