About this role

ElevateBio seeks a manufacturing professional to perform routine cGMP production of cell and gene therapy products at their BaseCamp facility. The role involves executing aseptic processing, managing batch records, maintaining clean rooms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and quality standards. Candidates will also provide training on equipment and processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cGMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products
Execute aseptic processing, cell isolation, and upstream/downstream operations
Author SOPs, batch records, and conduct risk assessments
Provide training to team members on equipment and process flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations and CAPAs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biological science or related engineering2+ years of project leadership experience preferred
