Biomed Supervisor

The Biomed Supervisor provides leadership to the Biomedical Engineering Team, organizing workflow for efficient technical service delivery and establishing performance improvement objectives to enhance equipment quality. This role involves partnering with the Account Manager to ensure compliance and successful preventative maintenance, while monitoring equipment downtime and providing actionable strategies for team performance. The supervisor also ensures adherence to shop rules, participates in safety and review meetings, and acts as an Integrated Systems Administrator for the ISM program when applicable.
