The position ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of programming tasks while maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The incumbent coordinates multiple projects simultaneously, manages departmental teams, and facilitates advanced technical expertise to design and validate project reporting applications. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior staff, improving programming processes, and representing the department in client meetings and presentations.
