Biostatistician

The Biostatistician serves as the quantitative foundation for the Research & Clinical Impact team, building the statistical methodology and analytical standards to rigorously evaluate the clinical impact of Hi Rasmus's platform. This senior, hands-on role involves designing study methods, analyzing real-world clinical data, and establishing benchmarks to measure access, learner outcomes, and social validity. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure evidence-based product decisions and transparent reporting of findings.
