Children's Health Council
The BIPOC ECE Workforce Coordinator supports the retention, placement, and professional growth of students and graduates in the BIPOC Early Childhood Education Pre-Apprenticeship Program. This role builds partnerships within the ECE ecosystem, facilitates employment transitions, and tracks participant progress to ensure long-term career advancement. The coordinator also oversees fellowship activities and community-building events for Black and BIPOC early educators.
