Birth Parent Post Adoption Specialist

The Birth Parent Post Adoption Specialist provides dedicated, ongoing post-adoption support to birth parents who have voluntarily placed a child for private domestic adoption through Gladney’s Beyond Placement program. This role delivers individualized and group-based services, including support groups, resource navigation, and crisis intervention, to promote healthy grief processing and long-term well-being. The position also plays a lead role in designing, delivering, and evaluating the structured birth parent support program while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
