EdAdvance
EdAdvance is one of Connecticut's six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs) and a partner in the RESC Alliance, working collaboratively with other RESC groups to support state-wide initiatives. This role is part of the Birth To Three department within the Torrington Area.

EdAdvance was established under Connecticut Statute 10-66, a-m, and is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of members from local Boards of Education.
