Birthday Party Staff

The Birthday Party Staff member is responsible for planning and coordinating fun, organized birthday party experiences under the supervision of the Program Director or Coordinator. This role involves demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to convey the organization's mission and core values while actively engaging children, families, and friends during events. The position requires setting up and implementing programming, maintaining certifications, and ensuring a quality experience for all members.
