The BAIS Operations Associate supports BlackRock’s Active Investment Stewardship team by managing operational aspects of proxy voting and ensuring governance obligations are met for clients invested in active strategies. The role contributes to platform onboarding, controls, reporting, and strategic process improvements within the Portfolio Management Group. The associate reports to the Head of BAIS Operations.
