The Chief of Staff to the Global Head of BXMA partners with senior leadership within Blackstone’s Multi-Asset Investing division to support investment, client, and organizational strategy. Based on the Strategic Initiatives team, the role acts as a strategic advisor to the Global Head and helps drive execution of division-wide priorities and decision-making. It serves as a central liaison between the leadership office and internal/external stakeholders.
