The BladeAssure Engineering Leader is a technical leadership role responsible for the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of BladeAssure Technologies across TPI’s manufacturing footprint. This position serves as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, drives resolution, and leads the standardization, training, and implementation of the technologies within the BladeAssure program. The role also mentors site-level engineering and production teams to build technical expertise and bandwidth across the organization.
