Blaster in Charge

This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions to evaluate job sites, measure holes, and coordinate with crews to load and detonate explosives safely. The position requires completing specialized training, including MSHA Part-48, Hazmat, and OSHA courses, while maintaining compliance with state and federal explosive laws. The Blaster in Charge leads operations, communicates with site management, and ensures safety and customer needs are met throughout the blasting process.
