Blender Operator

The Blender Operator is responsible for charging hand adds to blenders, verifying raw material lot numbers and weights, and staging materials to produce finished products according to batch card instructions. The role involves reviewing production schedules, following customer packaging requirements, and ensuring proper packing, labeling, and sealing of all products. Additionally, the operator coordinates production with other areas, performs packaging equipment changeovers, and enters finished product data into the computer system.
