The Blending Operator plays a critical role in blending operations, responsible for all aspects of the production process from gathering raw materials to sifting, packing, and shipping final products. This role ensures products meet food safety, legal, and quality requirements while maintaining strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies. The incumbent monitors output quality, maintains production records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Responsibilities

Execute blending operations from raw material gathering to final product shipping
Monitor production quality and discard or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records and ensure food safety compliance
