An IRL Medical Technologist at the American Red Cross supports hospital and transfusion services by providing immunohematology (blood banking) testing and consultation to ensure donor-recipient compatibility. The role operates in an immunohematology reference laboratory environment and works closely with hospitals to help resolve complex serologic compatibility issues. This is a night-shift position on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule in California.
