ECS Resource
This role involves building service models to map business services to the applications and infrastructure they depend on, providing technical teams with a clearer view of how changes or outages could impact the business. The consultant will work with service owners to trace dependencies, investigate gaps, and ensure models accurately reflect how services operate.
