About this role

As the Manager for the BMS Hardware Team at Archer, you will lead the development of high-voltage battery management and charge control systems for sustainable air mobility aircraft. You will build and mentor electrical engineering teams, guide architectural decisions, and manage technical engagements with suppliers and certification authorities to ensure safe flight and production ramp-up.
