Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

This role provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The position involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and monitoring client progress toward established goals. The professional will also train and supervise behavior technicians and family caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies.
