About this role

The Lead Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics embedded in school settings to deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children aged 3-5, supporting continuity between preschool special education classrooms and clinic programs. This is a full-time, 12-month position based at two locations in Southeastern PA and is employed by CCRES, a nonprofit partnering with the CCIU. The role focuses on clinical leadership within early intervention programs to support children's ongoing skill development.
