The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides ongoing supervision and programming for students with disabilities, developing behavior plans and curricula to teach new skills. The role involves monitoring student progress, consulting with team members, and providing clinical support to Intensive Learning Programs. The BCBA conducts assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate behavioral interventions and supports the development of IEPs and progress reports.
