About this role

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote telehealth services, leading in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care virtually while partnering with families and technicians. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical oversight, coaching field-based Behavior Technicians, and developing individualized behavior plans through a supportive, flexible work model. The position requires periodic travel to local markets and leverages Centria's proprietary CareConnect platform for seamless supervision and documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
Provide remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field
Develop and implement assent-based individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies
Maintain clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision making
